What the current purchase covers.
A software licence
The current offer is a twelve-month licence for infrastructure you control. Installation, management and model-provider charges are separate. The licence period starts on delivery.
Your review and decisions
Records and rulebook readings require human review. Calibre does not certify compliance or provide legal advice. Your organisation owns its compliance decisions.
A clear refund route
The current product terms offer a full refund before delivery or within thirty days after delivery. Contact explore@andes.no with your purchase receipt.
Read the linked product terms before buying. They contain the applicable version, scope and conditions; this summary does not change them.
House history and existing orders
Keep earlier documents in their own scope.
If you already have an Andes order, use the terms and schedules identified in that agreement. A new product route does not cancel or rewrite earlier documents.
