Trust and responsibility

Know what
you are adopting.

Clear responsibilities. Answers that fit your organisation.

Before introducing Calibre, confirm what information enters the review, who handles it, who decides and what your licence and delivery cover.

Review and responsibility

A reading informs a decision.
A person makes it.

Calibre supports review against selected rulebooks. Your organisation owns the compliance decision.

A reading is not legal advice or certification. Your organisation supplies the facts, chooses its reviewers and owns use, implementation and compliance conclusions. Unknown information remains a question to resolve.

Confirm the platform, provider, release and operating profile evidence for the delivery under consideration. This page does not assert release-specific assurance for Calibre.

The demonstration uses fictional records. It does not establish production assurance, security certification, provider access, data residency or retention guarantees for your delivery.

Before adoption

Questions your team should be able to answer.

Who can see our information?

Confirm the employee, reviewer, administrator, support and provider roles for each kind of information. Agree how access is granted, removed and handled during support.

Which providers or models receive it?

Request the providers, data flows, processing purposes and agreements for your delivery. Ask where processing occurs and whether information is used for model training.

How long is it kept, and how do we leave?

Confirm retention periods for records and backups, deletion and the return or export of records when your organisation leaves.

Where does the product run?

Confirm the exact release, hosting arrangement, processing locations and operating responsibilities. Request evidence for the delivery you are considering.

What are we buying and who supports it?

Confirm licence scope, installation responsibilities, support arrangements and any service commitments in your purchase and delivery documents.

Release evidence

Confirm the evidence for your delivery.

Check and Atlas customer services were retired on 6 October 2026. Historical signed Check/Atlas release evidence does not establish active Calibre release assurance.
