Historical evidence

Check and Atlas customer services were retired on 6 October 2026. Retained records do not create a new workspace or establish active Calibre release assurance. Signed evidence below remains bound to its original product, release, date and operating profile. See current Trust and responsibility.

Trust and deployment evidence

The systems behind Andes, and the evidence we have verified.

This page preserves historical Check and Atlas deployment evidence alongside separate Kernal and Magellan records. Check/Atlas release-profile states apply only to their original profiles and are not current Calibre release assurance.

Customer commitments

Orders and schedules define customer-specific commitments. This page records the public operational baseline and the boundary of each product.

Scope register

Statements are kept separate by surface. A control or deployment fact listed for one product does not automatically apply to the others.

Historical house public site and intake

Public Check intake uses bounded fit-assessment fields. Applicants are asked not to submit system records, evidence files, credentials or personal data about other people.

Historical; retired 2026-10-06
Historical Check by Andes

Check records an inventory and supports first-pass cited candidate categorisation. Named human review remains required before legal, assurance or compliance conclusions.

Historical; retired 2026-10-06
Historical Check responsibility split

Andes is accountable for proving Check platform and provider conformity for each exact release and approved operating profile. Customers remain responsible for their AI systems, supplied facts, use, implementation and compliance conclusions.

Managed Kernal

The current Andes-operated Kernal runtime is deployed on AWS in eu-west-1.

Current managed deployment
AWS Marketplace product

Kernal is available as a public container product. Buyers deploy it into their own AWS account through CloudFormation. The listing is not a managed service.

Public procurement route
AWS buyer deployment

Kernal was installed in a separate AWS buyer account using a Marketplace entitlement. Authenticated use, record persistence through a service replacement and complete removal were verified on 10 August 2026.

End-to-end test completed
Magellan by Andes

Magellan produces cited intelligence material for customer review. It does not provide investment advice, assurance or disclosure decisions.

Historical Check/Atlas release-profile states

These signed states document the original Check/Atlas release profiles only. A historical verification is not current Calibre release assurance and does not create an active service or workspace.

Historical Check/Atlas release-profile manifest

Atlas V7 production preparation is a planned profile target. The attached projection is unsigned and does not verify production.

Historical: Planned
Historical Check/Atlas release-profile authority

The Trust page renders the provider projection for the release profile. A production label requires a signed provider receipt and a signed public Trust artifact. This records the historical profile only, not current Calibre delivery.

Historical unsigned preview only
Hosted shadow proof

A synthetic tenant proved provision, import, principal binding, browser access, export, restore and cleanup. This is non-production evidence only.

Evidenced non-production
Sovereign customer AWS profile

A Sovereign customer AWS profile target exists. It requires its own customer-account evidence bundle before any Sovereign production claim can be made.

Planned
Suspension and revocation

A material model, profile, region, data-flow, cartridge, access, subprocessor or release change opens reassessment. The affected claim must move to suspended or revoked until evidence is refreshed.

Suspended or revoked

AWS deployment

Kernal has an AWS Marketplace container listing.

The published package runs in the buyer's AWS account using Amazon ECS Fargate and encrypted Amazon EFS storage. Buyers operate their deployment and control access, backups and retained data. The listing contains the package's versions, prices, delivery instructions and support terms.

Historical providers and locations

Historical Check application and operational records

Google Cloud / Firebase App Hosting runs the dedicated compliance backend in europe-west4. Google Cloud Firestore stores application and operational records in multi-region eur3. Production Check tenant truth must reconstruct from Kernal; Firestore may not be the only store for substantive systems, facts, evidence, decisions, receipts or history.

Historical service; App Hosting: europe-west4; Firestore: eur3; retired 2026-10-06
Authentication and communications

Firebase Authentication is a US-only dependency for portal and operator authentication. Google Workspace handles email, calendar and restricted Drive artifacts under a verified Europe data-at-rest policy; support and transfer boundaries remain governed by Google's applicable terms.

No universal EEA-only processing claim
Managed Kernal

AWS is the verified location for the current Andes-operated Kernal runtime in eu-west-1. The Marketplace product is separate and runs in the buyer's AWS account.

Managed runtime: eu-west-1; Marketplace product: buyer deployed
Retention

Retention and deletion terms differ by processing activity and product. They are not represented here as one universal period.

Product and order specific

Historical product boundaries

Check validates structured records against selected cartridges. It does not provide legal advice, certify compliance or decide whether a customer's AI system is compliant. Magellan prepares cited material for review and does not make investment or disclosure decisions. Kernal proposes records for human review; it does not accept them automatically. These describe historical product boundaries, not current Calibre release assurance.
